I focus on helping individuals heal, recharge, and become aware of their inner person.
By providing a safe space to talk, listening to your concerns, and helping you on your journey to start to heal
You no longer have to keep those thought, feeling and anxieties locked away

I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you find release from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

Hi, my name is Thelm.
I’m a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor (Prof. Dip Psy C, Dip CST) with over 30 years of experience supporting people through anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts. I also specialise in working with those who have experienced abuse and childhood trauma.
I provide a safe, confidential, and compassionate space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard.
I also work with couples, offering a supportive environment to explore and work through relationship challenges together.
I currently have availability and am welcoming new clients. I also offer supervision, with concession rates available for students.
Whatever you may be facing, you don’t have to go through it alone.
Please feel free to get in touch.
Life does not always go to plan and sometimes even the most resilient of us can find ourselves not coping or feeling unhappy or overwhelmed.
I have worked with people dealing with anxiety, depressions, suicidal ideation, self-harm, abuse and trauma for over 30 years. More recently, I have started working with couples, the bereaved and those with neurodiversity.
As a parent of an autistic adult daughter, I understand some of the challenges faced both by my daughter and as a parent of a neurodiverse child in various settings on both a personal and professional level.
I have worked for a number of charities, both locally and nationally, which I continue alongside my private practice. I offer counselling in-person from a dedicated space within my house within Stratford-upon-Avon and, for those who may have issues accessing in-person sessions on the first floor, there are the options of online sessions or of utilising more accessible spaces from other locations in surrounding villages.
